Along with our hardworking staff, over 1,000 people showed up to the #JUSTPAY Rally outside of City Hall demanding just pay for human service workers on March 10th, 2022. The campaign represents a strong coalition of human services workers, organizations, elected officials, and community members who are fighting to put an end to poverty wages for government-contracted human services workers. Our united front for equal pay and to increase the cost of living allowance has reverberated across the City Council as it has been mentioned in numerous public meetings since the rally took place.
