Once you’re part of OBT, you’re always part of the community. Our Alumni and Stay at Work (SAW) programs are focused on helping alumni connect to outcomes, whether that means staying employed, finding new work, continuing your education, or figuring out what’s next.

Whether you’re working, continuing your education, exploring new opportunities, or navigating a transition, your story matters to us. You do not need to be in a job or a “positive outcome” to stay connected or receive support.

Alumni and SAW support offers monthly dinners with case managers, hiring events, and hands-on resume and interview support.
