Ya que 1983, OBT has been a catalyst for change in New York City, empowering over 1,500 individuos anualmente, 90% of whom identify as People of Color. With program hubs in Sunset Park, Bushwick, and Jamaica, we bridge the skills gap through industry-aligned training in Healthcare, Tecnología, Hospitalidad, Renewable Energy, y construcción. Our programs also include English language instruction, high school equivalency prep, career readiness, pasantías pagadas, and wraparound case management all designed to foster long-term economic mobility and personal growth.

Fueling Forward brings this mission to life by showcasing the confidence, habilidades, and leadership of our participants across multiple sectors.

Event tickets are $250, and sponsorship opportunities range from $3,000 para $50,000. Every contribution directly supports:
