Answering the Call: A Young Men’s Empowerment Day – Elected officials and communities come together to mentor young men in Brooklyn

Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow participated in an impactful event on Saturday Feb. 27th. We came together as a large community to empower over 150 men, some as young as 13, to provide mentorship, career advice, encouragement and professional clothing.

Pierre, Executive Director at American-Haitian Caucus; actor Jamie Hector; 500Men, Gangstas Making Astronomical Changes in the Community; Thomas Pink USA, Hot 97 FM and the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development.
