Program orientation for participants. The participants are introduced to the Train & Earn Sunset Park team, College Access team and Workforce team. All aspects of the program are explained in detailed to the participants including, work readiness, occupational skills training, follow up services, workshops, program expectations and Stipend/Incentive Policies.
