Welcome to OBT’s website - your virtual doorway to one of NYC’s leading youth employment and training organizations. This new website provides a great representation of all the good work we do each day, helping people to realize their own potential through education, job training, and employment.

OBT has a long history of serving the communities of Brooklyn. Since 1983, we have been working in Sunset Park where our main office and original training center is still located. In 2001, in recognition of our great work, several foundations encouraged us to expand our services to the high-need communities of Bushwick and Bedford-Stuyvesant. Our site at 25 Thornton Street in Bushwick is a modern training facility with eleven classrooms and three state-of-the-art computer labs. We also have a satellite office in Red Hook, Brooklyn, that has been helping the unemployed and under-employed residents from the area connect to the employment and training services they need.
